# AI Can Now Actively Help You—Not Just Answer Questions OpenAI just released an AI agent called Dots that goes beyond answering questions: it can access your calendar and email to spot problems on its own, like the speaking engagement mishap that would have wasted the writer's time. Instead of you having to ask AI for help, it now proactively alerts you to important issues it discovers while monitoring your schedule and messages. It's currently only available to ChatGPT's premium subscribers ($100+/month), but the company plans to make it more widely available as it improves.
