Deezer says 44% of new music uploads are AI-generated, most streams are fraudulent

# AI Is Flooding Music Streaming Services With Fake Tracks and Fake Listeners Nearly half of all new songs uploaded to music streaming service Deezer are AI-generated, and most of the people "listening" to these AI songs are actually bots, not real people. The problem is so widespread that 97 percent of regular listeners can't even tell the difference between AI-made music and human-made music when they hear them side by side. Deezer is one of the few streaming services trying to label AI music so you know what you're listening to, but most other platforms like Spotify aren't doing the same.
